SPA ETIQUETTE

Relax and enjoy! We provide towels, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers at no additional cost with all our treatments.

Please be 10 minutes early. So you can choose a massage oil for your treatment and enjoy a traditional Thai foot bath before the massage starts.
Please call ahead and make an appointment.
Leave your phone switched off during your treatment, so you can enjoy your massage in peace.

Don’t lose your vouchers – they’re like cash! We cannot replace lost vouchers.

If you’re late to your appointment, we will still try to provide you with an optimal treatment. Since we cannot change other appointments, we ask for your understanding if your treatment has to be changed or shortened. You’ll have to pay full price regardless, so please be on time!

Don‘t miss your appointments! We understand if you have to change an appointment. But your appointment is reserved for you alone. So we ask you to cancel at least 24h beforehand if you will not be able to come. Cancellations on same day or „no-shows“ have to be paid in full.
