As no two stones are the same, every single Holistic Skin Care Tool is unique. Irregularities and variations in grain, colour, size and shape may occur. These are signs that our products are of absolutely natural origin and have not been chemically treated or mass-produced. These subtle differences do not affect the function or use of the Gua Sha tool.
Cleaning:
Please clean your Holistic Skin Care Tool with warm soapy water after each use. The washed and dried tool is best stored safely in your Shofah Spa Box and the accompanying cloth bag.
Caution:
Although our Holistic Skin Care Tools are of very high quality and made of real stone, they can break if dropped on a hard surface. Please bear this in mind when cleaning over the sink and place a towel underneath as a precaution.
Please be aware, that we cannot exchange or take back already used massage tools due to hygenic reasons, thank you for your understanding!
