Since no two stones are the same, each Holistic Skin Care Tool is unique. Irregularities and variations in grain, color, size and shape may occur. These are signs that our products are of absolutely natural origin and have not been chemically treated or mass produced. These subtle differences do not affect the function or use of the Gua Sha tool.
Cleaning:
Please clean your Holistic Skin Care Tool with warm soapy water after each use. The safest way to store the washed and dried tools is in your Shofah Spa Box and the accompanying fabric bag.
Caution:
Although our Holistic Skin Care Tools are of very high quality and made of real stone, they can break if dropped onto a hard surface. Please also keep this in mind when cleaning over the sink and place a towel underneath as a precaution.
Please note that for hygienic reasons we are unable to exchange or take back used massage tools, thank you for your understanding!
